Data & Methodology

1. Fully Automated Analytics Platform

Eictovision is a strictly automated Data Analytics Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Every single metric, chart, intrinsic value, and Piotroski score displayed on this platform is calculated and generated entirely by computer algorithms and mathematical formulas.

Zero Manual Intervention: We do not manually input stock tips, we do not curate specific lists to manipulate user behavior, and we do not provide manual advisory services. The system operates on code, ingesting raw data and outputting mathematical results without human bias.

2. How Calculations Work

Our backend algorithms fetch raw financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) and latest stock market data from established third-party APIs.

  • Intrinsic Value: Calculated using standard Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Graham number models.
  • Piotroski Score: Calculated by running 9 standard accounting checks against the raw financial statements.
  • Market Estimates: Aggregated dynamically from external unofficial data feeds and algorithms.

Since the data is pulled automatically from APIs, any errors in the source data will reflect in our mathematical models. We are a software tool, not an auditor.

3. We Are Not Advisors

We must reiterate that Eictovision is an IT / Software product. We are NOT SEBI registered financial advisors. Our algorithms and formulas do not know your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment goals. The data generated by our software should NEVER be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

4. No Endorsement or Recommendation

Just because a stock scores a perfect "9/9 Piotroski Score" or is shown as "Undervalued" based on our mathematical intrinsic value calculation, it does not mean Eictovision is endorsing the stock or recommending a "BUY". The metrics are simply the output of a predefined mathematical formula applied to raw data.

5. Software Bugs & Data Lags

As a software platform, our code and algorithms may occasionally experience bugs, API downtime, or data lags. If a bug causes a miscalculation in any metric, premium estimate, or chart, Eictovision and its creators accept absolutely no liability for any trades or investments made based on that bug. Users must independently verify all data with official exchange sources before making financial decisions.

6. Intended Use

Eictovision is intended to be used as a research utility for self-directed investors. Think of it like a calculator or a spreadsheet program: it processes numbers and shows you the result based on predefined formulas. It is up to you (the user) and your SEBI-registered financial advisor to interpret those results and make your own decisions.
